Goldmann Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses – Business Growth Programme

Our Financial Director, Sally Tompkins attended the Goldmann Sachs ‘10,000 Small Businesses – Business Growth Programme’, between March and September 2013 at Aston Business School.

The programme enabled Sally to develop a 3 three year growth plan for Tompkins – looking at disciplines including leadership, finance, operations, marketing and sales. Sally successfully graduated in September 2013 and the growth plan is being implemented on an on-going basis throughout Tompkins.

It gave me the opportunity to step outside of the day to day running of the business and concentrate on taking Tompkins to a new level of success. A lot of work was involved but certainly worth the investment.
